I look's like the screw in charge cup on the bottom is not in place, a good clear photo of the bottom would help. It is not uncommon to find the deactivated fuses with the original pull pin still in ... |

That last one look's a good bit like a Type 89 Knee Motar fuse |

That is a nice looking Type 99. If the stock was coated with anything it does not look like the did any sanding which is good you still have the original color and the finger grooves still look sharp ... |
