As with the last couple of shows that I have attended, I think it gets better every year.
This year there were about 265 tables of Military items for sale.
As to the Japanese items, there was a type 89 Knee mortar that sold, also a cut up Type 99 LMG was available and about 25-35 Japanese rifles.
Most were 99's, but I also saw a type 44, maybe 2- 38 carbines, a few 38 longs.
Doss White had his usual Nice rifles for sale, including a 99 long and a type 97 sniper for sale.
Also saw a couple of Knee mortar rounds and one type 97 grenade. Perusing the tables, a stripper clip of Japanese 6.5 blank ammo was found, and a nice Nambu Lanyard.

Most of the rifles seem to run between $150 and up. Did see one 24th series, Matching with Mum, but sanded stock.
I didn't get any rifles, but did end up with a Nice Type 14 Nambu. This year there seem to be a few more Japanese pistols for sale. I saw about 6 Type 14's, 3 type 26's and maybe 2 Type 94's.

As for displays, Trey's Dad had a Wonderful display of Colt Pistols, which should have won 1st place in my Book.
Trey also had his Very Nice collection of Japanese pistols and Paul Stuhrenberg Had a Great display with his Type 11
and Type 96 Machine Guns along with some of his Nambu's.

As always, one of the Best parts about these shows is Talking with Old Friends and making new ones.

There was a Veteran there who in the a 82nd Airborne during WW2. He was answering questions and talking with people.
As we were talking with him, I notice he had a picture of himself holding a Thompson.
I asked him if he had seen the 2 Thompson's that were at the show. He said No, but I liked the M1 Garand much better,
just a wonderful weapon.

The next show will be in April, and again, if you live anywhere close to Nashville, you should make plans to attend.
