Vic Soto would like to have data sheets on all snipers reported (correct Frank?) That poses a problem for those of us that copy data at shows, "I don got no stinkin data sheet!" Also I found when I was working on/revising the 99 book (1980s) that some folks can get a little "ancie" when you start copying down every part on their rifle(s). More than once when I explained why I wanted the information and asked if I could examine a rifle to copy the parts data I was told NO! Then I'd walk by look at the rifle, walk away copy what I remembered and go back and do it again. The *&^%s knew what I was doing, but could do nothing except one guy who put the rifle under the table. I made it a point to walk by his table about every five minutes until I had all the info. I had to laugh when he saw me coming and was in such a hurry to hide the rifle he dropped it.

Yes, oh great Ronin we need data sheets on all T99 sniper rifle s even if they were previously partially reported.

We all understand that you can not remember all of the points at gun shows while jotting down info. Just get what you can.

The new sniper book is coming along fine. We are taking our time and doing it right.

More later.

Thanks.

Frank
