It always seemed to make sense to me that the completely ground mums were done when the fellows doing it had time and access to a grinder. I assume rifles coming out of arsenals or main weapons depots ...

is that one you picked up in Tulsa a few years back. To this day I still don't know why I didn't pick it up when I saw it. Probably was too new to the hobby and just didn't know what it was I saw.
