Very nice! I see it's made by Nagoya - so you know what that means.
I have an earlier version that was not set up for a shoulder strap. It has the external tools and both the oiler & screwdriver tool in the inner pocket.

Ya know, these also used a narrow waist strap that looks much like the T-14 waist strap. These can be seen in original photos.
