I am looking to see what some of you other guys and our type 99 oracle (gwsiiiiiii) think about TK and how high they used AA wings. My guess, early 33rd around 20k?

Hard to say of this one, I think its a little higher though, bump it up to 30k for the sake of argument. Don't get confused, though, there is a very high proportion of missing wings on the first 30k too, I think they had them at one time, but, (pure speculation follows) later removed them from those accessible in storage that hadn't been shipped out.
