I am going to be selling my grandfathers T99 Sniper. Everything matches but the optics and cleaning rod are gone. What should I research to price it fairly.
I am not sure where he got it while in the Pacific? |

Although It may be a rifle I'd love to buy - I just don't understand how you can sell your Grandfather's rifle. Sorry - that's just me. _________________ "A woman, a dog & and a walnut tree. The more ya beat em, the better they be" (From "The Red Bagde of Courage") |

Contact Victor Soto vicasoto99@yahoo.com, he's the sniper man and compiling the data on known snipers. Give him the information on your rifle and any history, and he'll help you out. Snipers are running $200 for project restoration guns, to around $2000 for complete original guns, some bring more. Check completed auctions on gunbroker.com and auctionarms.com and see if any have sold recently. Sorry I couldn't be of more help. Trey _________________ Subscribe to BANZAI!
Fill out a Japanese Rifle Datasheet.
I didn't pay to much for that old Arisaka, I just bought it a little bit too soon! |
