I just got a matching late series 35 (T99) serial 43478. Both the firing pin and extractor are number to match the rifle (478). According to the T99 these should be unnumbered. Is this something that is sometimes encountered. The whole bolt matches in construction and is a very rough/tight fit. _________________ Curtis

Curtis, you're good. They are supposed to be numbered. Yours should have:
'A' bolt handle
'C/D' safety knob
'A' extractor
'C' pin..... _________________ Subscribe to BANZAI!

I didn't pay to much for that old Arisaka, I just bought it a little bit too soon! |
