Can someone tell what is says on the sling of my late war type 99

All I can read are the numbers, the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th characters from the bottom are 3013. Hopefully someone can come along and translate the others. If you get a translation in the meantime please post it. Sorry for the delay, Scout function last weekend. Most of the marking on slings that I see are on the inside (side of sling that is towards the rifle) to the rifle. If you haven't already, please fill out a datasheet and send to me when you get a chance, thanks, Trey
