I'm about to began a project to remove a refinish/overfinish and a matchlock. The is to pick up a can of paint remover, any better ideas?

Call Vince and get Steve's number. He took one of the Chinese Mausers and redid the stock, it looks amazing...

Ruth says I tried Oven Cleaner on a stock, I don't remembetrying or how it worked. There is some left. Anyone try this?
