How and where would you find the arsenal marks on a T94 cleaning rod???

I have to agree with gwsiii, if there is a mark it should be on the long shaft. a lot of times the mark is only partially there because of how hard it is to stamp a round rod . I hope this helps |

Many of the blued ones are not marked. I think they stopped that around mid-Showa 19. |
