|

hello, just bought another Army rayed flag and the dimensions are smaller that that of my other flag. The dimensions are 13"x17". My question is that is it period made for WW2 and what was the intent for the flag. Thank you to all that can help.
Cheers,
Joel |

The smaller flags were probably for personal or civilian use, to tie to a bayonet, or wave when troops were coming through. There's really not alot of information on sizes or specific uses for different sizes. I have a link to a flag website somewhere, will try and dig it up Sunday. I didn't pay to much for that old Arisaka, I just bought it a little bit too soon! |
