At first I thought it was a Type-26 holster....Only beacues I didn't take very good notes the frst time and was going off my memory.
But now I think it's it's a Baby Nambu Holster. Here's the info.
Approx size. 8 inch L x 5.5 inches W.
14 loops for extra bullets.
No loop for cleaning rod inside or outside the holster.
No markings of anykind.
Very mint and with shoulder strap.
They are asking $175 for it.
Now are they building Repro's of these holsters? And what is a tell tale sign if it were a repro. The leather is thick, and it seems to be manufactred very well.
Thank you guys and gals for your insite.

Repro's of both the Papa and Baby holster have been and are currently being made. Look on that San Jose based auction site and you can find them most any day. I don't know about the current repro if they are marked or not but a few years ago the Larkin's had some made up and they are in facted marked with an "R" stamped into the leather on the inside. I have ran across these at several shows so they are out there. |
