I just received a call from a gentleman who has a Browning 1910 with holster and straps that he bought from a WWII vet. The vet picked this up in the Pacific Theater. The gun is purportedly in very good to excellent condition, the holster is starting to crack at the flap and is stamped "TOKYO" inside a rectangular box. I have not personally seen this rig yet. I do not know if the holster is Japanese manufacture or American. I asked if there were any Japanese characters on the frame of the pistol, but he could not remember seeing any. Can anyone give me a ball park price for such a setup. Thanks tnak

tracy, I don't follow them much, I think the contract holsters bring almost as much as the 'normal' unmarked pistols that may or may not be 'original to the holster'. I'd guess $350 - $550, but I could be way off. Trey

I didn't pay to much for that old Arisaka, I just bought it a little bit too soon!

Trey, Thanks for the response. If the pistol is not Japanese marked, then I will view it as a standard 1910. The holster I assume is American that may have been shipped with the pistol when purchased. I will at least take a look at the setup, thanks again. Tracy
