I'm looking at a Toyo Kogyo series 30 on an auction and I want to know if it had a mono pod. It looks rough but the mum is intact and the AA sights are there. I'm trying to find out if the bolt matches. The pod is missing but I have one if needed. I am looking for a early full gizmo'd rifle.

The 30th series guns would have monopods, they will be proofed on the base, where the pod folds 'open' up near where it attaches to the stock, its a pretty 'busy' but prominent proof that is listed in the Toyo Kogyo proof marks on the T99 data sheets and in Honeycutt's and McCollum's books under 'proofmarks'.
