Here are some pictures of what could possibly be one of the more rare Japanese Rifles produced. Any others out there?

Absolutely Beautifull....one of the variations I've never owned and allways am looking out for. I've personally seen only one LOC marked gun. A Type 44 in as nice a condition or better as this T38 - absolutely unissued. It supposedly came out of an arsenal/Depot in the Phillipines if my memory is right. It was purchased by a Banzai member at a Oklahoma show several years ago for the princely sum of $250. A fellow walked around the show completely with it once (think he wanted more) and the present owner offered him that and became the new extremely happy owner. Matching, mummed - its a beaut. Can't remember which T44 variation it is. It was brought to the Tulsa Banzai meeting a few years back.
