In the movie, Dirty Harry, the scorpio killer's sniper rifle was made from an Arisaka paratrooper model. It had a 2 piece sporterized stock. He broke down the rifle and carried it in a case along with an mp40 submachine gun. The Arisaka was re-chambered for 30.06 and had a Hiram Maxim supressor to go with it.
