Here's a rare bird fer ya. I won two of these out of China on e-bay. The seller ships them in two parts - the grenade body in one package, the fuse parts & boosters in another. I'm hoping the other parts show up tomorrow. The grenade body is dated Showa 5 and has the Tokyo Arsenal mark. I also won this T-91 a few minutes later. It's dated Showa 7. I'll post more photos when the other parts & grenades show up.

Those are nice, I missed out on a couple, was second in line after they got laid out, and made the remark that if they got put down, I was putting 'em in the truck. Drinking buddy #2 set one down, kept the other one, and I just couldn't handle not having both of them, so I just went and pouted. Its terrible to see a fat grown man pout......Nice score! I didn't pay to much for that old Arisaka, I just bought it a little bit too soon! |

So, there was a couple of these at the Blevins shoot? What was the price on them? I heard of one going for over $1200 recently. I won my two for less than $300 each. _________________ "A woman, a dog & and a walnut tree. The more ya beat em, the better they be" (From "The Red Bagde of Courage") |

I didn't mean they were those types of grenades, I don't know what kind of grenades they were, didn't look that closely, one have pinappled outside, but not the studs to keep it from going in the mortar, the other one sort of smooth. I think they were $65 each, not sure how complete they were. I'm not wise to the ways of ordnance. So I missed out alot on that stuff. Trey _________________ Subscribe to BANZAI!

The parts came yesterday. Looks pretty good, although the booster is a little crusty & needs cleaning. Here it is with my best T-91

Thanks, I expect another T-10 & '91 to be arriving any day. Thought I'd better grab two of those rare T-10s. _________________ "A woman, a dog & and a walnut tree. The more ya beat em, the better they be" (From "The Red Bagde of Courage") |
